Doctors Hostel, Nurses Hostel, Dharamshala and Double Basement Parking are built as part of a complete MPMMM Cancer Centre Campus (Tata Memorial Hospital) masterplan that includes Hospital, Hostels and staff residences.

The masterplan concept is to retain the existing water body / green in the center of the site and create a promenade around it. The edge of the green/waterbody blends with edge of the Doctors Hostel. The central green between Hostels, Dharamshala oand overlooking the Hospital provide the much needed relief and facilities the healing process of the patients and the families alike. A community block is integrated as part of this green landscape.

A double basement parking of 400+ cars located below the 3 blocks cater to the parking of the complete hospital campus.
