Luxury residential apartments are being planned in a posh neighbourhood of Nairobi. The building includes 3-bedroom 2-bedroom and studio apartments, primarily catering to the expatriate community of the city.

The design of the building is such that there is a continuous balcony provided all along the length of the building. This provides maximum outdoor space to each of the apartments. These balconies have perforated metal jaali (screens) on the outside which can be opened and closed as required by the residents. This not only facilitates cross ventilation in the apartments but also creates a dynamic façade that changes its vocabulary as per residents usage. The jali (screen) pattern has been inspired by local Kenyan art and motifs that are commonly used.

Double basement has been provided for car parking. Common facilities such as gymnasium, pool and lounge are located on the common terrace on the top floor.
